Product Description
Permabond® 240 Cyanoacrylate is a high-viscosity, single-component adhesive designed for large gap applications and bonding porous substrates. This 100% reactive formulation polymerizes rapidly at room temperature when pressed into a thin film, eliminating the need for mixing or heat curing. It is highly versatile, providing fast-setting, high-strength bonds on a wide variety of materials including plastics, rubbers, and metals.

- Rapid, room-temperature cure: Achieves fixture handling times in just 15 to 20 seconds on materials like steel, Buna N rubber, and phenolic.
- High viscosity: Optimized viscosity profile allows for a maximum gap fill of 0.4 mm (0.017 in) and makes it highly effective for porous substrates.
- Industry approvals: Approved to MIL-A-46050C Type II Class 3 for existing designs and holds WRAS Drinking Water Approval.
