Krayden's History

Before there was Krayden, there was K.R. Anderson—a leading distributor from 1974–2013 of adhesives, sealants, soldering materials, coatings, and other engineered materials to contract manufacturers and original equipment manufacturers. Out of K.R. Anderson came Krayden, a sister company in the Rocky Mountains in 1989. This is where KRA-Y-DEN finds the meaning of its name: from its predecessor K.R. Anderson and its headquarters in Denver. Each company was operated by a Wagner brother, Dennis and Wayne, who established relationships across the globe, connecting contract manufacturers with reliable distribution.

Krayden's first foray into international expansion was in 2005, when Krayden Mexico was established to better serve the growing electronics industry with soldering materials, conformal coatings, and thermally conductive products. Two years later, K.R. Anderson opened a warehouse location and sales offices in the Philippines (Manila). In 2013, K.R. Anderson began operating under the Krayden brand as Dennis retired, giving the company the platform to accelerate growth across North America, South America, and Asia.

As a distributor, Krayden also offers value-added services. With the acquisition of Bonding Source (2019), the company added laser-cutting capabilities. Northern Composites (acquired 2021) expanded into advanced manufacturing materials for vacuum-bagging processes. One of Krayden's biggest suppliers is Dow; Krayden strategically acquired Material Tech in Singapore for down-packing capabilities and port access.

The company has built its brand as a limited-line distributor focused on global reach and value-added services that expand customer outcomes.
