Product Description
MOLYKOTE® Cu-7439 Plus Paste V1 is a high-performance copper paste formulated with a partly synthetic oil, powdered copper, and specialized inhibitors. Engineered for components subjected to high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive influences, this highly adhesive paste offers excellent resistance against water washout and steam. It ensures the trouble-free, nondestructive disassembly of machine components, threaded connections, and flange seals even after prolonged service intervals in harsh environments like steel works and refineries.

- Extreme temperature stability: Features a very wide service-temperature range of -30°C to 650°C (-22°F to 1,202°F) and exhibits no drop point, meaning it will not melt or run at elevated temperatures.
- High load-carrying capacity: Protects components under extreme pressure, providing an Almen-Wieland OK load of >20,000 N and a four-ball weld load of 3,200 N.
- Excellent environmental resistance: Highly adhesive formulation provides very good corrosion protection and resists water washout. Contains no intentional polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
