Main features
- Non-Sag Vertical Bonding
- Tough High-Peel/Shear Bonding
- Electrically Insulating Multi-Material Bonding
Product Description
LOCTITE® EA E-20NS™ is a two-component, industrial-grade epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature to form an off-white, tough bondline. Its non-sagging, medium-viscosity formulation supports controlled application on vertical surfaces while reducing run-off. The adhesive develops strong bonds on aluminum, stainless steel and other metals, as well as glass, ceramics and selected plastics. It has a 20-minute working life and provides high peel resistance, high shear strength and electrical insulation after full cure. The cured material also resists a range of chemicals and solvents.
Key features
- Non-sagging consistency: Supports application on vertical surfaces without excessive run-off.
- Tough bonded joints: The cured epoxy provides high peel resistance and high shear strength.
- Electrical insulation: Fully cured material has a typical dielectric breakdown strength of 24 kV/mm.
Applications / Suitable for
- Bonding aluminum, stainless steel and other metals
- Bonding glass and ceramics
- Bonding compatible plastics
- Vertical-surface bonding where non-sag application is required
