Product Description

LOCTITE EA 9895 WPP AERO is a one-part polyester wet peel ply film for preparing composite bond surfaces during co-cure. The off-white film has a nominal areal weight of 161 g/m^2, 48% resin content and a polyester peel-ply carrier. After cure and removal, it leaves a clean surface ready for the next bonding step without sanding or solvent wiping. The fabric strips in one piece, supporting efficient processing on large composite parts. The film cures for 90 to 120 minutes at 177 deg C and is compatible with composite prepreg resin systems.
