Product Description
LOCTITE EA 7000 AERO is a modified epoxy film adhesive for composite bonding, repair and co-cure assembly. It is available in supported or unsupported constructions, with standard film weights from 0.03 to 0.10 lb/sf and thicknesses from 0.005 to 0.017 in. The green film provides dual-temperature cure capability at 121 deg C or 180 deg C and has an out time greater than 30 days at 32 deg C and 50% relative humidity. Applications include composite repair, composite surfacing, bonding pre-cured composites and co-curing with composite prepregs.
