- Low-Odor Bonding Processing
- Gel-Consistency Bonding Placement
- Low-Blooming Bonding Cure
Product Description
LOCTITE® 455™ is a one-component, high-viscosity alkoxyethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive gel engineered for general-purpose bonding applications requiring low odor and low blooming characteristics. The gel consistency prevents running or dripping, making it particularly suitable for vertical and overhead applications where adhesive control is critical. LOCTITE 455 rapidly cures in the presence of atmospheric moisture and bonds a wide range of substrates including metals, plastics and elastomers. Its low vapor emissions make it especially useful in applications where conventional cyanoacrylate vapors may be undesirable.
Key Features & Benefits
- Low odor formulation for improved operator comfort.
- Low blooming characteristics minimize cosmetic residue.
- Gel consistency prevents running and dripping on vertical surfaces.
