Product Description

CoolTherm® EP-6010 Hardener is an amber liquid epoxy curing agent designed for use with various CoolTherm® and LORD® epoxy resins. When combined with an applicable resin, it creates a two-component system for electrical encapsulation and bonding applications. The hardener is formulated to support low shrinkage and reduced stress on components during cure while producing a rigid, resilient final system.
