Product Description

Royal Sealants WS-8070 Class B Corrosion-Inhibitive Aerospace Sealant is a two-part, manganese-cured polysulfide paste for corrosion-inhibitive sealing of aircraft structures. The non-sag Class B material is applied by extrusion gun or spatula to fillet and faying surfaces where water intrusion and dissimilar-metal interaction can contribute to corrosion. B-1/2 and B-2 variants provide 0.5- and 2-hour application lives with separate tack-free and cure schedules. After cure, the gray sealant provides documented tensile, elongation, low-temperature-flexibility, and thermal-stability properties under the cited aerospace test conditions.
