Product Description
PLEXUS® MA422 Methacrylate Adhesive is a two-part, 10:1 methacrylate structural adhesive for bonding composite, thermoplastic, and metal assemblies. The blue, non-sag mixed system provides a typical 17 to 20 minute working time at 23°C and reaches approximately 75% of ultimate strength in 35 to 40 minutes under the documented conditions. It supports bondline gaps from 0.75 to 9.5 mm and is documented for transportation, marine, and industrial assembly applications where a controlled work window and gap-filling bond are required.
