Application process

Prepare and dispense the grease consistently

Apply to clean lubrication points using a clean brush, grease gun, or controlled manual or automated dispensing equipment. Grease quantity, fill level, distribution, and relubrication practice should be established for the actual component geometry and duty cycle.

Surface condition: Remove contamination and incompatible residual lubricant; apply to clean parts using tools and equipment that do not introduce debris.
