Product Description

MOLYKOTE® EM-30L Grease is a white, NLGI 1 polyalphaolefin grease thickened with lithium soap and formulated with PTFE and other solid lubricants for plastic-component mechanisms. It is intended for plastic/plastic, plastic/metal, and metal/metal interfaces in automotive, electrical, precision, audio, and office equipment. The documented service range is -45°C to 150°C, with low-temperature torque measured at -40°C. Typical test data include a 3,730 N four-ball weld load, a 0.5 mm four-ball wear scar, 0.4% evaporation at 99°C for 22 hours, and 5.0% bleed at 100°C for 24 hours.
