Product Description

MOLYKOTE® D-321 R Anti-Friction Coating is an air-curing dry-film lubricant supplied as a bulk liquid or aerosolized spray. Its solid-lubricant and binder system forms a gray-black lubricating film for high-load metal-to-metal interfaces operating with slow to medium-speed movement. The coating supports running-in and boundary-lubrication requirements while helping avoid stick-slip. A recommended dry-film thickness of 5 to 20 µm and a documented service temperature range of -180 to 450°C support evaluation across demanding mechanical assemblies and extreme-temperature environments.

Air-curing dry-film lubrication: Becomes touch-dry after 5 minutes at 23°C and is fully cured and ready for use after 2 hours at 23°C.
High-load metal interface performance: Formulated for metal-to-metal combinations with slow to medium-speed movement and high loads.
