LORD 7150A/B

Main features

  • High-Strength Structural Bonding
  • Primerless Bonding to Many Plastics
  • Solvent-, Weathering- and Aging-Resistant Gray Cured System

Product Description

LORD® 7150-A/B Urethane Adhesive is a two-part, high-strength urethane adhesive used to bond cloth, paper, plastics, foams, rubber, painted metals and powder-coated metals. The system combines an isocyanate-based LORD® 7150-A resin with a polyol-based LORD® 7150-B curative and can be cured at room temperature or with elevated heat for faster processing. After cure, it forms a gray adhesive system with resistance to solvents, weathering and aging.

Key Features

  • Broad substrate capability for cloth, paper, plastics, foams, rubber, painted metals and powder-coated metals.
  • High-strength plastic bonding without crazing, attacking or reducing the strength of the plastic substrate.
  • Reduced priming requirements for many plastics, helping lower material and labor requirements.
  • Solvent-, weathering- and aging-resistant cured performance with no VOC content and no ozone-depleting chemicals.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Plastic and foam assemblies
  • Rubber bonding
  • Cloth and paper laminations
  • Painted-metal and powder-coated-metal assemblies
