Product Description
LOCTITE PC 6231 Rapid-Curing Concrete Joint Filler is a two-part, 1:1 mixed, self-leveling material for filling and repairing interior control joints and new saw-cut joints in horizontal concrete. The 100% solids, low-viscosity system gels in 3 minutes and cures in 90 minutes at 24 deg C, allowing traffic after full cure. It accommodates 10% to 15% movement of installed joint width. The cured material combines 1.9 N/mm^2 adhesion to concrete, 82% elongation, and Shore A 75 to 80 hardness for heavy-traffic and freezer-floor applications.
