LOCTITE AA 3412

Main features

  • High-Strength Structural Bonding
  • Non-Sag Placement Control
  • Fast Room Temperature Curing

Product Description

LOCTITE® AA 3412™ is a two-component, room-temperature-curing structural acrylic adhesive designed for high-strength bonding of metals, many plastics, composites, ceramics, fiberglass, and other rigid substrates. Its non-sag gel consistency supports vertical application and large-gap filling, while the mixed adhesive develops tough, impact-resistant, peel-resistant bonds with strong resistance to fuels, lubricants, cleaners, heat, humidity, and demanding industrial environments.

Key features

  • High-strength structural bonding: Delivers strong lap-shear, peel, and impact performance across metals, plastics, composites, and ceramics.
  • Non-sag gap filling: High-viscosity gel consistency supports vertical dispensing and bonding where larger gaps must be filled.
  • Fast room-temperature processing: Provides approximately five minutes of working time and fixtures on steel in about 12 to 15 minutes.
