Product Description
LOCTITE 122S RD E&C is a silicone-based mold release grease with a pink, thixotropic paste consistency designed for molding applications where controlled release is required. The material is applied by wiping or brushing onto mold surfaces and air dries to a dry-to-touch film in approximately 5 to 10 minutes at 25°C. Its non-staining, non-flammable, and non-corrosive characteristics support use in manufacturing environments where clean mold release performance and elevated-temperature physical stability are important. The product is intended for selective application to mold surfaces requiring release properties and should not be applied to surfaces that will later be bonded.
