Product Description
Indium NC-SMQ92H No-Clean Solder Paste is a halogen-free, air-reflow solder paste formulated for fine-pitch deposition with low flux spatter. It combines consistent printing, more than 12 hours of stencil life under the stated conditions, and a hard, clear residue after reflow. The ROL0 flux system shows typical tackiness of 32 g and a typical viscosity of 1,400 poise for the specified Sn63 Type 3 configuration. NC-SMQ92H is supplied for both stencil printing and dispensing formats and can be processed in air or nitrogen. Applications include fine-pitch SMT printing, dispensing, and reflow using supported SnPb alloy configurations.
