INDIUM 8.9
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- Small-Aperture Transfer Efficiency
- High Oxidation Resistance
- Head-in-Pillow Process Control
Product Description
Indium8.9 Pb-Free Solder Paste is a no-clean lead-free solder paste for surface-mount printing and air or nitrogen reflow. The flux system supports transfer through small apertures at or below 0.66 area ratio and is formulated to maintain wetting on common surface finishes across stated peak-temperature conditions. Oxidation resistance supports coalescence of small solder deposits and process control for head-in-pillow risk. Type 3 and Type 4 SAC configurations provide controlled viscosity and metal loading, with up to eight hours of stencil life under the stated shop conditions. Applications include fine-feature SMT printing and lead-free component reflow.
Key features
- Small-Aperture Transfer: The paste supports printing through apertures at or below 0.66 area ratio.
- High Oxidation Resistance: Flux chemistry supports coalescence of small deposits during lead-free reflow.
- Head-in-Pillow Process Performance: The formulation supports process control for head-in-pillow risk under documented reflow conditions.
Applications / Suitable for
- Fine-feature SMT stencil printing
- Lead-free air or nitrogen reflow
- SAC alloy component assembly
