INDIUM 10.8HF
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- Broad Air-Reflow Process Window
- Low-Voiding QFN and BGA
- Halogen-Free ROL0 Flux System
Product Description
Indium10.8HF Pb-Free Solder Paste is a halogen-free, no-clean lead-free solder paste for surface-mount printing and air reflow. The ROL0 flux system supports broad lead-free process windows, high transfer efficiency, and controlled coalescence across Type 3, Type 4, Type 5, and T5-MC powder options. It is formulated for low voiding in QFN and BGA joints and leaves a clear residue after reflow. Under the stated shop conditions, stencil life extends up to 12 hours. Applications include lead-free SMT stencil printing and reflow where the ordered alloy, powder size, storage condition, and thermal profile are specified.
Key features
- Broad Reflow Profile Window: The flux system supports lead-free air-reflow processing across documented profile conditions.
- Low-Voiding QFN/BGA Reflow: The paste is formulated for low voiding in QFN and BGA solder joints.
- Clear Post-Reflow Residue: The no-clean flux leaves a clear residue after the documented reflow process.
Applications / Suitable for
- Lead-free SMT stencil printing
- QFN and BGA assembly
- Air reflow with the ordered alloy and powder configuration
