Product Description
LOCTITE® FREKOTE® FMS-100 is a clear, colorless, solvent-based polymeric mold sealer formulated for fiberglass-reinforced polyester, epoxy, and other composite mold surfaces. It is particularly suited to new or “green” molds with microporosity, repaired areas, and other slight surface imperfections. Applied by wiping, the room-temperature-curing sealer forms a smooth, high-gloss surface before application of a compatible mold release agent. New molds typically require one or two coats, with a minimum 15-minute interval between coats and a 20-minute final-coat cure at 20°C.
