Product Description
CONATHANE® CE-1164 Polyurethane Conformal Coating is a solvent-borne, single-component, transparent polyurethane conformal coating for thin-film protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components. The fast-curing coating may be sprayed, dipped, or brushed and includes fluorescence for inspection under ultraviolet light. It is documented for electrical and moisture-barrier performance, hydrolytic stability, flexibility, and adhesion to phenolic and epoxy-glass laminates. Typical as-supplied properties include 100 cP viscosity and 50% solids, with tack-free time of 20 to 30 minutes and full cure in 24 hours at 25°C.
