Product Description

DOWSIL™ ME-4131 Encapsulant Clear is a one-part, clear addition-cure silicone elastomer coating for die coating and wire-bond packaging. The ready-to-use microelectronics-grade material requires no mixing and is documented for manual or automated dispensing. Typical as-supplied viscosity is 6,575 cP, with a heat-cure condition of 120 minutes at 150°C and nine-month shelf life under cold storage. After cure, the material provides low modulus, optical clarity, electrical insulation, controlled ionic impurities, and stress absorption for microelectronic and discrete-device protection.
