Product Description
DOWSIL 7094 Flowable Sealant flows and self-levels into gaps where a one-part, neutral-cure silicone sealant is required for sealing or bonding. The black or white viscous liquid has a typical density of 1.30 g/cm^3 and viscosity of 28,000 mPa s, allowing flow into gaps and airless-spray application. At 23 deg C and 50% relative humidity, it skins in about 25 minutes, becomes tack-free in about 50 minutes and cures inward from the exposed surface. After seven days under those conditions, the sealant has Shore A 19 hardness, 400% elongation and 1.2 MPa tensile strength.
