Product Description

CONATHANE® UF-3 Polyurethane Foam is a two-component liquid polyurethane foam for packaging electronic components and assemblies. The system cures at room temperature or with heat and is documented for low vapor pressure, electrical insulation, and resistance to moisture, oils, grease, and most solvents. Part A is dark amber and Part B is clear, with a 100:90 mix ratio by weight. Typical cure schedules are two to three hours at 25°C or one hour at 60°C, and the cured foam has a documented dielectric strength of 60 V/mil.
