Product Description
CONATHANE® EN-2521 Polyurethane Encapsulant is a two-component, filled polyurethane potting and encapsulation system for modules, strain-sensitive circuitry, transformers, and coils. The system is recommended for applications requiring performance from -65°C to 130°C and is documented for low exotherm, low cure stress, low shrinkage, electrical insulation, and thermal-shock resistance. Published data identify a 17:100 mix ratio by weight, 4,000 cP initial mixed viscosity, and room-temperature or heat-cure schedules. Typical cured properties include Shore A 90 hardness, 39% elongation, and 585 V/mil dielectric strength.
