Product Description
CONAPOXY® RN-1000 Epoxy Encapsulant Resin is an amber epoxy resin for potting and casting when combined with CONACURE EA-02, EA-028, or EA-87 curing agent. The three documented systems cure at room temperature or with heat and are positioned for epoxy encapsulation where electrical properties, thermal-shock resistance, low exotherm, and low shrinkage are required. The resin has a listed specific gravity of 1.13. Mix ratio, mixed viscosity, Shore D hardness, tensile strength, and volume resistivity vary with the selected curing agent, so the system configuration must remain explicit.
