Product Description
Chemlok 6411 Adhesive is a one-part, solvent-based, heat-reactive covercoat adhesive for bonding supported rubber compounds to metal and other rigid substrates. For general use, it is applied over Chemlok 205 or 207 primer, although selected systems may use it as a one-coat adhesive. Chemlok 6411 can be applied by brush, roll coat, dip, or spray and is used at a dry film thickness of 12.7 to 25.4 um. The applied film typically dries in about 30 minutes at room temperature, with hot-air drying available at temperatures up to 90 deg C.
