Product Description
BONDERITE S-FN 310 ACHESON (formerly EMRALON 310) is a two-component, phenolic resin-bonded PTFE dry film coating and lubricant. It cures at a low temperature of 300°F (149°C) and is designed to provide excellent surface adhesion, a low coefficient of friction, corrosion resistance, and good release properties on materials such as wood, metal, rubber, and plastics.
Key features
- Superior wear life: Delivers a longer wear life and more uniform thickness than pure PTFE coatings.
- Low friction and release: Provides an as-applied static friction coefficient between 0.05 and 0.07, along with excellent release properties.
- Low temperature cure: Enables application on substrates where conventional PTFE coatings cannot be used by curing at 300°F (149°C).
