Product Description
BONDERITE M-CR 1201 AERO is a nonflammable, chromic acid-based liquid chromate conversion coating used for corrosion protection and paint adhesion on aluminum surfaces. It is approved to MIL-DTL-81706 for brush application and is used as received for MIL-DTL-5541 work, without adjustment or titration. The coating formed is gold to tan in color and becomes part of the aluminum surface. Availability of this product has been affected by REACH-related regulatory restriction in the UK and European markets.
