The cleaner meets MIL-C-85704C Type I and is listed in General Electric and Pratt and Whitney engine-cleaning specifications. It is ash-free, low in phenol, chloride, and sulfur, and readily miscible with water. It is diluted with distilled or demineralized water at ratios of 1 to 4 or 1 to 1 depending on the cleaning procedure, and it has a minimum flash point of 65 deg C (Tag Closed Cup).
