Product Description
BONDERITE C-AK ALUM ETCH 3 AERO is a white, granular alkaline cleaner and light etchant formulated to remove soils and lightly etch aluminum by immersion. Its prepared solution provides low surface tension for uniform wetting and produces a smooth matte finish on treated aluminum surfaces.

- Combined cleaning and light etching: Removes soils while lightly etching aluminum in an immersion process.
- Controlled aluminum removal: Provides a typical uniform etch rate of 0.05 to 0.10 mil/min on most aluminum alloys.
- Practical bath operation: Readily mixes with cold water at recommended dilutions, operates from 50 to 70°C, and can be controlled by titration.
