BIOACT CCR-8
Harmonization Code : 3403.19 | Lubricating Preparations (With 70% or More Petroleum Oils) For Automotive and Other Uses

Main features
- No-Heat Coating Removal
- Manual or Immersion Cleaning
- Controlled Solvent Evaporation
Product Description
BIOACT CCR-8 Conformal Coating Remover is a ready-to-use, bio-based solvent liquid for removing selected acrylic and silicone conformal coatings from printed circuit boards and electronic components. It works at full concentration without heating and can be applied by brush, pad, or cloth, or used in immersion equipment with controlled ultrasonic agitation. The 0.86 specific-gravity liquid combines a 120 deg F flash point with a controlled 304 to 372 deg F boiling range, supporting manageable evaporation during cleaning. It also removes supported flux residues, silicones, SMT adhesives, mold-release compounds, and uncured solder paste. Process suitability remains specific to the coating, substrate, component, and cleaning method.
Key Features
- No-heat coating removal: Manual and immersion processes operate at full concentration without required heating.
- Manual or immersion cleaning: Application options include brush, pad, cloth, immersion, and controlled ultrasonic agitation.
- Multiple residue types: Targets selected coatings, flux residues, silicones, SMT adhesives, and uncured solder paste.
Applications
Removal of selected acrylic and silicone conformal coatings and supported electronics-process residues from PCBs and components.
