Product Description
ALPHA WS-619 Solder Paste is a completely water-soluble, halide-free solder paste for stencil-applied surface-mount assembly where aqueous post-reflow cleaning is required. It supports standard and fine-pitch printing through apertures as small as 0.008 in (0.2 mm) and produces repeatable deposits on 0.016 in (0.4 mm) pitch pads. The paste is offered with 63Sn/37Pb, 62Sn/36Pb/2Ag, and SAC305 alloys in Type 3 or Type 4 powder. Its ORH0 flux carries 0% halide by titration. Typical process data include more than four hours of stencil life at 50% RH and 72 deg F and tack force above 1.5 g/mm2 at six hours. Unopened refrigerated paste has a nominal three-month shelf life between 0 and 10 deg C.
