Product Description
ALPHA WS-600 Paste Flux Series is a family of completely water-soluble BGA and CSP fluxes for attaching tin-lead or lead-free eutectic spheres. Red dye supports pre-flow visual inspection. WS600 Red provides standard viscosity, WS600MHV Red adds higher viscosity for stencil printing, high-humidity conditions, and hot-slump control, and WS600L Red provides lower viscosity. The series is halide-free and uses a completely water-soluble carrier resin. Typical family data include approximately eight hours of stencil life at 40-60% RH and 20-25 deg C, greater than 100,000 ohm-cm water-extract resistivity, and a typical residue pH of 6.8. Sealed storage is specified at 15-25 deg C without refrigeration.
