Product Description
ALPHA WS362-25 Water-Soluble Surface Mount Flux is a halide-free, water-soluble organic flux designed for soldering surface mount and mixed technology assemblies where effective residue removal and high ionic cleanliness are important. Its high-activity, 25% solids formulation is recommended for densely packed assemblies and multilayer boards requiring relatively high preheat temperatures. After soldering, the highly water-soluble residues can be readily removed, supporting high ionic cleanliness and surface insulation resistance. ALPHA WS362-25 can be applied by foam, spray, or wave techniques and is designated ORMO according to IPC J-STD-004.
