Product Description
ALPHA OM-340 is a versatile lead-free, no-clean solder paste, formulated for a wide array of applications. It offers the best-in-class low defect rate for head-in-pillow defects together with excellent first pass yield on ICT/pin testing. OM-340 also shows remarkable print capability performance on different board designs, particularly with ultra-fine feature repeatability and high throughput applications.
ALPHA OM-340 is formulated to deliver excellent visual joint cosmetics and best in class in circuit pin test yields. Additionally, it meets IPC Class III requirements for voiding and ROL0 IPC classifications, ensuring maximum long-term product reliability.
