ALPHA 611F
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- Low-Pressure Fine-Foam Control
- Stable Continuous-Aeration Performance
- Defined Daily Flux Maintenance
Product Description
ALPHA 611F RMA Flux is an amber, mildly activated rosin liquid flux formulated for fine-bubble foam application. It develops a constant, adjustable foam head at low air pressure and maintains foaming, fluxing, and wetting behavior during continuous aeration. Its 37% solids content supports coverage on dense plated-through-hole circuit boards. Maintain the foam system by controlling air pressure, keeping moisture and oil out of the air lines, and adjusting specific gravity with the proper thinner at least daily. Flux replacement after 40 hours of use provides a defined operating interval for the foam process.
Key features
- Fine foam at low pressure: A constant, adjustable fine-bubble head supports controlled coverage without high air pressure.
- Stable during continuous aeration: Foaming, fluxing, and wetting behavior remain consistent during ongoing foam-system operation.
- Defined foam-process control: Daily specific-gravity adjustment and a 40-hour replacement interval support repeatable flux management.
Applications
Applications include fine-bubble foam fluxing for dense plated-through-hole circuit boards and other supported RMA soldering processes.
