  • 0.0005 ohm-cm Volume Resistivity
  • 4-Hour 74 deg C Cure
  • Two-Hour Working Window

Product Description

LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 369-3 is a silver-filled, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive for die-attach and general-purpose bonding applications. The polyamine-activated system provides a two-hour work life at 25°C and uses a moderate-temperature guideline cure of 4 hours at 74°C. Typical cured properties include volume resistivity of 0.0005 ohm-cm, Shore D hardness of 80, and aluminum-to-aluminum lap shear strength of 7.6 N/mm² at 25°C.

Key features

  • Electrically conductive: Typical cured volume resistivity is 0.0005 ohm-cm.
  • Moderate-temperature cure: Guideline cure schedule of 4 hours at 74°C.
  • Extended processing window: A two-hour work life at 25°C supports adhesive placement before cure.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Die-attach applications
  • General-purpose conductive bonding
  • Aluminum-to-aluminum bonding under the documented test condition
