3M Scotch-Weld PUR Easy 250 Wood Adhesive EZ250120 is a one-component, 100% solids moisture-curing polyurethane reactive adhesive for wood, wood-based surfaces, and selected plastics. Applied warm at 121 deg C, its low-viscosity melt is designed for thin glue lines. The supported open-time range is 1.5 to 4 minutes, and the set-time range is 15 to 120 seconds, providing a medium-set process for wood assembly. Cure rate depends on air temperature, relative humidity, substrate type, and bondline thickness. Moisture must reach the bondline; the adhesive is not suitable for metal-to-metal, glass-to-glass, or metal-to-glass bonding because those substrate pairs do not provide enough moisture for cure.
